Tooling Inspection
In some cases, it may be possible to recover the usefulness of an air-member by
re-balancing. This service is rendered when air probes are sent in for inspection. It is
necessary to include the masters when sending air probes and air rings for evaluation.

Certifications report actual deviations from nominal size and are expressed in micro inches on 3 planes at 0 and 90 degrees. AGP uses a “Pratt & Whitney” model B4 I.D. Comparator with an “Edmunds” Transolimit analog /digital readout with a resolution of . 000001 micro inch and determined accuracy of +/- 000002 micro inches. Our calibration lab is controlled to 68 degrees Fahrenhelt and meets requirements of ANSI/NCSL-Z540( Mil.Std. 45662A)
